Document management consultant – M-files

Role Overview:

As a Document Management Consultant specializing in M-Files, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, designing, and implementing document management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and provide expert guidance on how to integrate M-Files effectively. Your deep knowledge of both M-Files and business processes will be essential in driving digital transformation within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ existing document management systems and business processes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using M-Files.
Lead the implementation of M-Files document management solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for M-Files-related issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Train clients and internal teams on M-Files best practices and functionality.
Continuously monitor and improve M-Files systems to optimize performance and business processes.
Create detailed documentation and reports for clients to ensure compliance and system effectiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on document management and business process optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with M-Files in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Strong knowledge of business process management and the ability to map these processes to document management systems.
  • Proven experience in document management solutions implementation and integration.
  • Familiarity with other document management systems, though M-Files expertise is paramount.
  • Ability to work closely with clients to understand and solve business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in M-Files or document management solutions (desirable).
  • Arabic and English speaking – residing in Libya

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specific industries such as legal, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise tools and integration strategies.
  • Certification or training in M-Files or document management systems.
