Description of Role:
You will be part of the HR Department located in Libya. You are a self-motivated and keen to learn. You have a strong sense of personal responsibility towards delivering efficient and genuine work. Most importantly you display good communication skills and thrive to have good feedback from the clients.
Key Activities, Responsibilities and Duties:
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
- Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
- Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
- Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
- Ensuring compliance in industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company’s services.
- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all services.
- Participate as a member of the management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organization’s resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of software development, office networks and computers, and telecommunications.
- Collaborate with the appropriate units to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.
- Establish a governance process that meets government, partner, and company expectations for customer information privacy.
Qualifications:
Required
▪ Hold a degree or an equivalent qualification in Human Resources specialisation field.
▪ Has a minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in an associate consulting level role using SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA products.
▪ Good communication skills.
▪ Willingness to travel.
▪ Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Willingness to learn new HR systems.
