Description of Role:
As a Junior Consultant, you will be based in Libya and initially assigned to the Logistics Department (MM, PM, CS, PP). However, as part of our structured multi-skilled training program, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including:
- HCM (Human Capital Management)
- FI (Finance)
- MM (Material Management)
- M-Files (Document Management System)
This cross-functional training will equip you with broad industry expertise, preparing you to become a well-rounded consultant capable of addressing diverse business needs. You will receive guidance and mentorship while working on real projects, enhancing both your technical and business process knowledge.
You are expected to be self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable. A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work are essential. Your ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients will be crucial in your development.
Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Duties:
- Assist in various business process implementations across multiple departments.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, document solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Support system configurations, data migrations, and process optimizations.
- Participate in cross-functional training programs to develop multi-domain expertise.
- Gain knowledge in enterprise resource planning (ERP), HR management, financial processes, and document management solutions.
- Contribute to solution enhancements, functional specifications, and client deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, developers, and clients to implement digital transformation solutions.
- Prepare status reports, training documentation, and presentations based on project needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business processes and technologies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to undergo structured training across multiple business functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Preferred:
- Previous internship or experience in ERP, HR, Finance, or IT consulting.
- Knowledge of enterprise management systems.
- Interest in business process optimization and digital transformation.
